: 2 references required; one required supervisor level or above, the 2nd can be a charge RN. All references must be from the past year who has worked with resource in the past year
Tenure Policy for all Travel Roles (excluding Interim Leadership and RNFA roles): 18 months with a 3-month break in service required.
Drug Screening:
If the candidate's drug screen results come back "diluted" or positive, and cannot be cleared by the MRO, the candidate assignment will be canceled.
The Candidate will have to wait 6 months before re-applying.
Labs: Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing
Modules:
Pre-start modules are non-billable, 3 hours of pre-start EMR modules
All other modules are completed during orientation, modules hours are factored in orientation hours and not billed separately

RNs will have the choice to complete the EPIC test out option

the EPIC module. This will be entirely up to you and something you can let our EPIC training team know when you receive the email from the SLHS EPIC Trainers.
