Number of Staff 13 fulltime staff- 9 fulltime PT s, 5 Fulltime PTA's | 1 PT PRN/ 2 shared PT s from sister facilities and 3 PTA PRNs, 1 shared PTA from sister facility

Patient Ratios 7-8 evaluations per therapist acute, 4-5 on Inpatient Rehab Unit

Must have:

candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimal 6 months in the last year- 1 year experience in PT field

Preferred or nice to have:

candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Acute Care (preferably 1-year exp but not required; at the discretion of hiring manager), prefer 1 year experience in inpatient rehab, NICU, ICU; willingness to float between acute care and Inpatient rehab if needed.

HCA Houston Conroe is a Comprehensive Stroke center, Trauma II accred facility. We treat patients from the NICU, ICU, Med/surg, Ortho and Inpatient rehab, among others.
