General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS, WA license required Other Required certs for all SLP Do they prefer or require CCC-SLP &/or CCC-A credential CCC-SLP Common diagnosis / Types of patients General medical diagnoses, CVA, end of life, post-op cervical / mostly dysphagia and swallow evals, limited cognitive evals and treatment Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient Acute inpatient What areas are they required to cover ICU, PCU, Tele, Medical, Surgical, ED Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties Acute inpatient experience required. Video swallow experience preferred, but not required SLP Manager/Supervisor Willa Sorbie Rehab Aides: SLA's Rehab aide yes, SLA no Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) M-F, 9a-5p (willing to flex), occasional weekends, primarily at St Anne with potential to float to St Francis and St Joseph Weekend Requirements occasional is a plus, Weekend hours or 3-4 hours max. It would not be both sat and sun unless they wanted to do that. Holiday Requirements Holiday would be occasional. Hours would be 4-8hrs.
